Age 10-13 as our pants are quite flexible regarding size! They are elasticated at the waist but also at the bottom meaning there is length if you are taller and if you aren't so tall they gather up and create a cool bubble harem effect. If you'd like more of an extreme bubble effect, say if you are very tall, you could opt for a larger size or even contact us for a custom order, either way we are positive you'll love these pants! To note, This particular pair doesn't have pockets.
